Scope of Project: Design upper levels of a social media startup company located in San Francisco, CA.

The following physical areas are required:

1. A lounge area where clients can sit and wait for assistance.

2. Two team meeting rooms.

3. Work or office space for Marketing (3 people), VP of Marketing (1 person) Accounting (3 people), Human Resources and Payroll (2 people), Legal Counsel (2 people), CEO (1 person), CFO (1 person).

4. An employee lounge with kitchenette, tables, chairs and other items you choose.

5. Two (2) unisex restrooms

6. An exercise/workout area with sink, fridge, and small counter.

7. An elevator bank area, two elevators, as well as emergency egress stair areas
